Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
As each item is made by me it might take a few days to dispatch. All of the products I make should be sent out in 2-4 working days.
Once dispatched, delivery should take between 2-5 working days to arrive.
All of my orders will be sent first class, but if you would like your order to be sent tracked, make sure to select it before you complete your order.
If your order is tracked a reference number will be sent in an email when the order is dispatched.
All mail is sent via Royal Mail.
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout, so you will know how much postage will be.
If you have any problems with postage e.g your parcel has been lost please email us at winifredmoon.designs@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate as quick as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your order arrives faulty in any way please email winifredmoon.designs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, so we check out the fault and help you.
If you're looking to return an item that isn’t faulty, please email winifredmoon.designs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will get back to you as quick as possible.
Please note that we will not accept returns that have been opened or used in any way.
Unfortunately, we will not cover the cost of return postage, so make sure your return is sent via Royal Mail tracking as we are not responsible if the return goes missing.
